Mark got down on one knee and asked Cheryl to marry him on November 24, 2008.  They talked about what kind of wedding they wanted to have and Cheryl thought it would be nice to have something small and intimate.  She was thinking outside, maybe a vineyard or ranch.  They are always doing something outside so they thought that would be perfect.  Cheryl took a trip with some girlfriends to look at a ten acre ranch.  They had a quaint barn set up for a wedding and it seemed ideal.  When she told Mark about it, he said, "Babe, I can build that".  It's a year later and they are having a big Old Fashioned Southern style wedding in a much larger pole barn built for their special day!
